Over 30 years of proven expertise in government consulting, government affairs services in addition to partnering public and private entities for commercial purposes.  Mr. Ruiz has expansive knowledge of government protocol and processes. He has a history of success in accomplishing client objectives in the areas of governmental affairs, problem solving and crisis management. He leads a team of experience consultants with decades of experience in representing client interests to governmental entities on all levels. He is adept at organizing coalitions and support groups to promote client  interests and a pioneer in business of partnering public and private entities for commercial purposes. He has developed successful action plans to accomplish all types of objectives and continually monitors governmental entities to uncover current and future business opportunities.

Mr. Ruiz is  member of the American Planning Association/ American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) since 1982. Mr Ruiz earned his Masters in Public Administration from  Southwest Texas State University in 1979.

He is a skilled  professional with a wealth of knowledge, experience and judgment gained from 35 years of advocacy in the public and private sector. A consultant and management administrator to numerous Texas communities and counties, with proven ability to understand clients business needs and meld business objectives with political processes. FIrst hand, decision-making experience and service at the executive levels in the private sector, to help make CDMC, Inc. team uniquely qualified.

Mr. Ruiz is current Chairman, Board of Directors, Central Texas Sustainability Indicators Project (CTSIP-Williamson, Travis, Hays, Bastrop and Caldwell Counties) . He is current Vice Chair-Master of Public Administration(MPA) Program Advisory Council for Texas State University at San Marcos, TX. Mr. Ruiz earned his Masters in  Public Administration from  Southwest Texas State University in 1981.
